Would have been the best sisig for me if it was a little more spicy. Unfortunately, they don't have hot sauce in this restaurant. I didn't like the tokwa't baboy. The Paco Salad however was the highlight of my visit. It went so well with the sisig and its sauce just elevated it to a whole nother level. Place is packed even at 3pm but there's lots of tables so no need to reserve ahead.

Their famous sisig was supposed to be one of my top three sisigs. We dined on Sunday at 4 p.m.; and we were the only customers. I really don’t know when’s the best time to eat here so you could have that freshly cooked food we used to love here.Sisig was still okay, but it was different from the previous times I've had it.The Inihaw na Bangus is really old, just reheated. My "used to be" favorite tokwa't baboy is really salty. Malunggay soup, also reheated, is probably not for us this time. What we liked was the BBQ tocino. Most people wont mind waiting as long as it's freshly cooked; and consistent.

big servings they said one order is good for 2 but it can be for 4. try the chicaron bulaklak, dinuguan, bbq, sisig and lato. they are all a must try

Have nothing bad to say about this place. Ample parking. Great food. The sisig was amazing. The lechon kawali was one of the best I ever tasted. Lato salad was surprisingly delicious cause of the sauce. Twalya was meh though. But the highlight though was we got to meet nanay the owner.

The reviews were not kidding when they said that Mila's Tokwat baboy has the best sisig ever. Go ahead and try it, you won't get disappointed.Mila's sisig is unique. The ambiance of the restaurant needs an updated because it looks too dated. Servers also need to be more professionalized because there were kids running around. I lowered my expectations a little when I saw the place, but was surprised how delicious the food was.

We visited Pampanga and decided to try this restaurant as recommended from social media accounts. The place is extremely popular to tourists and celebrities and appears to be a low-key restaurant in a village. The servings are reasonable for the price, good for sharing 2-3 persons per dish. The taste is also unique which made our experience truly exceptional. However, what I don’t like here is the presence of big flies… it gets really irritating to continuously shoo them away while eating. Though the place has an airconditioned and al fresco area, there are big flies everywhere.Overall, will still recommend this place if you are looking for an authentic Kapampangan food experience.

•ambiance- they have al fresco and air-conditioned room. Neat and looks clean. Not that comfortable due to wooden seats yet the size of the space is just right. It was not crowded when we went there around 9:30am•service- fast and attentive. All of our orders were served in around 10mins or even less•overall food- having been to aling lucing which is known for their sisig, I didn’t keep my expectations high. We were surprised ‘cause the taste and quality are far from the previous ones we had.•The leaves in the paco salad were fresh and crunchy. They mixed the right amount of greens, salted egg, tomatoes, and onion. The vinegar dressing is on the side so you have control on the amount you’d want to put in your salad.•Sizzling sisig- i suggest not to mix it as soon as it’s served to add more crunch to the meat. Waaay better than sisig of aling lucing’s. Sorry for the comparison but mila’s satisfied our sisig cravings. It was not as crunchy as I want it to be but good enough. Taste is good as well. We just requested for kalamansi and sili to add some more kick to its taste.•Tokwat baboy is yum as well. The tokwa is separated from the pork with sauce so its crispiness is retained. The sauce also has few slices of celery which contributed to its distinct taste.•Tocino bbq- as the nature of tocino is sweet, we were expecting that it’s going to be too sweet since bbq is suppose to be that as well. They balanced out the taste with a bit of saltiness and a bit of charred meat which perfectly satisfied our kids’ cravings.•Location- parking space is limited•value for money- 👍👍👍•Overall- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ worth going back to

Minutes after ordering our food was ready! Amazing service and the food was Great! Order anything and it tastes great! The first sisig that actually had hot peppers! Authentic! The photo shows how much we liked it!

We went to Mila's last Mother's Day 2024. We got there before lunch to ensure that we will be accommodated since it's going to be packed. They have a parking space across the resto so that you don't have to park on the street. Prices are very reasonable. I especially liked the tocino bbq, chicharong bulaklak and sinigang na bangus. Try the dirty ice cream outside, it's delicious and refreshing!

Mitchie V — Google review

Absolutely delicious calderata, sisig and chicharong bulaklak! Didn’t know that legit sisig should have no egg! I had 3 rice for the first time in a long time because the food is just the best! Don’t settle for fast food! When you are heading north, this is definitely a worth it side trip!!

Never disappoints 😅 originally planned to go to their Nepo branch but we ended up at the original location. Parking can be a bummer though. Their sisig is very meaty, clean tasting with a hint of margarine I think. The pako salad is very refreshing and the vinaigrette goes well with the other meat dishes to cut out the “umay”. The drive to Angeles was well worth it

Tokwa't baboy is okay, nothing really special. We also ordered dinuguan, I didn't expect that it would be made of intestines and not pork meat. I should've asked. It's quite malansa as well so I ended up not eating it. The sisig however tastes great.

Euna C — Google review

Had the Chicharong Bulaklak, Tokwa't Baboy, Sisig, Tocino BBQ, Chop Suey, and the Dinuguan. All the dishes tasted quite good, mouth-watering to be exact. If I have to pick the one that really got my tongue rolling in utmost satisfaction, it would be the C. Bulaklak. It was so good that we ended up ordering another serving. My least favorite would be the Dinuguan, but only because I prefer the chunkier, less watery kind of cooking. It still tasted good, though. The only annoying thing in this place were the flies. Big ones. We were in the air-conditioned section. Imagine eating in the outside areas (I believe there was an open air section that was closed off because there weren't too many customers). I think that was the only downside.Other than that, food was prepared and served quickly. No long waiting time. The restaurant was a quarter full at that time. There were lots of tables (4-person) in the section we were in, probably a couple dozen. Nothing fancy, but the food was superb.

5/5 ⭐️For someone who’s living in Manila, this is one of the reason I kept coming back to Angeles during numerous weekends already!their Sisig is a must try, for me - it’s better tasting than the OG, have better texture and is overall great.Tokwa’t Baboy is a must try as well and their Dinuguan dish is such a great combo!Place is quite roomy and has an allocated parking area with attendant. Have both Air-conditioned room and Al-fresco.

The Best Best Best Sisig Im drooling , The Tocino BBQ is also one of the mas returned order, their Dinuguan also has clean taste and very sour that I like. Cheap but very delicious foods

Everything was so good! There's also free parking in front. There's also aircon and the service was very fast considering na puno rin ng tao the time we went. I much prefer Mila's than Aling Lucing but it depends on your preference.

Whenever we’re in Pampanga, Mila's Tokwa’t Baboy is always a must-visit for our family. This restaurant is great for families, a lot of tables and service is very efficient. Also recommended for tourists who wants to try the Filipino classic Sisig. Must try: paco salad, bbq tocino, and sisig!

Dannica D — Google review

First time to visit Pampanga and asked one of the locals I was with which place was his favorite Sisig joint and he took our group to Mila’s. The crispy pata and Sisig were excellent. The daughter and mother were wonderful hosts. Looking forward to our next visit.

GZS — Google review

One of the best sisigs I have tried. Food arrived very fast. Recos: paco salad, tokwa't baboy, tocino bbq

Francis J — Google review

One of the oldest and best places that claim to serve the original sisig. Always worth a side trip when you're in the area. You can't help but overeat with how good everything is.

Patrick L — Google review

Casual dining but truly a special place. I first discovered this via Google- they are on a bunch of "must eat" lists for Pampanga. We frequent in Northern Luzon from South Luzon and whenever we come by Pampanga, we always make it a point to stop by here.Food is simple yet so good! It makes you appreciate the food culture of the Philippines. We love their bbq chicken, sisig, and ofcourse the tokwat baboy. I prefer if tokwa is not super crunchy but it is their specialty so we just enjoy it anyway. They have a lot of seating available and parking across the street. I imagine though that during peak hours it might be challenging to find a seat or parking.

Paje R — Google review

Definitely a must-visit restaurant for me whenever I'm in Pampanga area. I always order the same thing -- sisig, BBQ tocino, paco salad, and tokwa't baboy. You're already good for lunch/dinner with just these 4 dishes and no-fail food when you want to feel full & happy. For me, the sisig here is much better than Aling Lucing's but note that people have mixed opinions on this.

Anne F — Google review

Overall i am giving it 5 stars for the quality of food you are getting. Every single thing in the menu is a must have. Service is fast and the people are friendly. It is airconditioned but one thing i did not like was the presence of flies inside the place. Parking is limited as well. It is a must go place when you go to Pampanga. Attaching their latest menu as well

The tenga (pig ears) BBQ is to die for. It is very different from the ones you can buy in Manila and at Php75 per stick with 3 pieces, it is very worth it for me. If you ever tried a good rich ramen (my fave is Yushoken/Mendokoro) the taste of the pig ears is like that --rich, porky, flavorful goodness in bbq form. It is really a stand out dish and I wish I could have this in Metro Manila as well. Their sisig is good also, quite different from what you usually have in Manila. The place is karenderia-like but clean and tidy. There are high chairs for kids as well.

Mita U — Google review

Clean place, attentive servers, everything we ordered was good and the food was served less than 10 minutes after we ordered.

Cristina D — Google review

Manyaman keni. One of the OG place for your sisig cravings. Their tokwa't baboy is a must try.

Ires S — Google review

We enjoyed their pork tocino barbecue and sisig. Tokwa’t baboy also made us smile. All delicious.

EJ M — Google review

The place is a bit hidden but it's a popular place to eat so no problem finding it. The food taste good, especially their BBQ, tender and juicy. The place opposite it is their parking area, so we have no problem parking. The food was served in, probably, 5 minutes. If you're in Angeles City, make sure to visit this place. You won't regret it.

Lan M — Google review

Every time we visit the north side, we would always try to stop by Mila's Tokwa't Baboy for a scrumptious meal. Our go-to order would always be the sisig, tokwa't baboy, and the pako salad.I swear, it's worth the calories and the detour!

Bernadette O — Google review

If you're craving a lean sisig version with right amount of crispy skin, this is the perfect spot. Despite limited parking, we managed to arrive on time and find an easy parking spot."Highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
