Coach of the year
Dennis DiSanto, Mahopac — His eighth and final season with the Indians turned out to be his best. DiSanto led Mahopac to a runner-up finish in the Section 1 Dual Meet Championships and a fourth place finish at the Division I sectional tournament. He was voted Section 1 Coach of the Year by his peers and broke the section's all-time dual meet wins record, which includes 27 years as the head coach at Somers.
